Activities: Audit by feature, stand alone product or product ecosystem based on UX best practices, secondary research and company goals
Outputs: Prioritized recommendations of high and low lifts to existing experience
Activities: Collaborate with executives on high level product vision and strategy. Participate in annual planning, new or cyclical reviews of vision and strategy
Outputs: As applicable - participate in strategic meetings or offsites, lead ideation workshops, articulation of vision and strategy to inspire and empower teams
Activities: Lead a cross functional design sprint to create and stress test new product or feature hypotheses
Outputs: Prototype of new feature or product, summary of findings and recommendations on next steps
